Welcome to Letters from Mars. By accessing or using our website and subscription service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. About Letters from Mars

Letters from Mars is an immersive storytelling subscription experience. Subscribers receive physical letters, photographs, recipes, and other materials by mail, delivered gradually over the course of ten months. The experience is designed to be slow, personal, and meaningful.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Letters from Mars, creating an account on our website, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Subscription Service

The Letters from Mars subscription consists of ten months of curated physical mailings. Subscribers receive two envelopes per month, delivered by standard mail to the address provided at checkout.

Subscription pricing, contents, and delivery frequency are described on the subscription page at the time of purchase. Letters from Mars reserves the right to modify pricing or contents for future subscription periods, with advance notice to existing subscribers.

4. Payment

All subscriptions are paid in advance, either as a one-time purchase for the full ten-month experience or in monthly installments, as offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains current. Failed payments may result in delayed or paused delivery.

5. Delivery

Physical subscriptions are currently available within the United States. International delivery may be added as the project grows. Delivery times may vary based on postal service performance and are not guaranteed. Letters from Mars is not responsible for delays caused by third-party postal carriers.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date so we may investigate and, when possible, send a replacement.

6. Address Changes

Subscribers must notify Letters from Mars of any change of address at least ten (10) days before the next scheduled shipment. We are not responsible for mailings sent to outdated addresses.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Letters from Mars experience — including letters, photographs, recipes, illustrations, website copy, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Letters from Mars and its creator. Subscribers are welcome to enjoy this content personally and share it with immediate family, but may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell any part of the materials without written permission.

8. Personal Nature of the Content

The letters and stories shared through Letters from Mars are personal and often reflect real experiences told through a literary lens. Subscribers agree to receive and engage with this content respectfully.

9. Modifications

Letters from Mars reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
